Potato and Lamb Sausage Pizza drizzled with Truffle Oil

Yum! One day we decided to try and recreate the yummy potato and sausage pizza at Pizza e Birra.

I think I need to tweek the dough :( I forgot to poke holes in it- need to make the crust thinner.

Ingredients:

• Potatoes- thinly sliced
• Pizza dough
• Sprigs of Rosemary
• Gourmet sausages- preferably lamb (I used Lamb and rosemary)
• Cheese- I love love love pizza plus
• Garlic- lots of it (finely diced)
  
• Olive Oil
• Truffle Oil
  
• Salt and Cracked Pepper
• Cherry Tomatoes (Optional)
