Black and White

Sometimes we feel sad, as if life has been drained out of us, when all the colour in the world disappears, and all we're left with are shades of gray.

But you can still find beauty in shades of grey.

Old Food.

Potato and Lamb Sausage Pizza drizzled with Truffle Oil

Yum! One day we decided to try and recreate the yummy potato and sausage pizza at Pizza e Birra.

I think I need to tweek the dough :( I forgot to poke holes in it- need to make the crust thinner.

Ingredients:

• Potatoes- thinly sliced
• Pizza dough
• Sprigs of Rosemary
• Gourmet sausages- preferably lamb (I used Lamb and rosemary)
• Cheese- I love love love pizza plus
• Garlic- lots of it (finely diced)
  
• Olive Oil
• Truffle Oil
  
• Salt and Cracked Pepper
• Cherry Tomatoes (Optional)
  

Yum.
